Essential Mental Wellbeing Principles for architects logo.

Study 3

Study 3 combined Study 1 and Study 2 findings and used these as the starting point to ask 27 people working in Australian architects workplaces the following questions:

  • What does mental wellbeing mean to you in your work?
  • How do autonomy, belonging and competence inform your workplace practice management?
  • How do autonomy, belonging and competence inform how you design for others?
  • What other mental wellbeing frameworks guide you in these two domains of architectural practice?

This study had Deakin University ethics approval HE000427.
